Rainbow history has proven that she can gain lifelong friendships.
Rainbow Girls are responsible for conducting all business and planning the activities of the assembly.
Adults are always there to provide guidance, stability, and interpret rules.
Rainbow believes a girl benefits most when she receives as much "hands-on" experience as possible.
All major decisions are made by the girls during their regular course of business.
