This web page acknowledges allegiance to the Supreme Assembly, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, whose seat of authority is in McAlester, Oklahoma, of which Reverend W. Mark Sexson was the founder and  Mrs. Marie Renda  (2006-2008)  is Supreme Worthy Advisor, and to the Grand Jurisdiction of Texas, of which Mrs. Marlene Dibrell is our Supreme Deputy, and Sister  Jarah Foster is our Grand Worthy Advisor.
